Terms and Conditions: HealthCare World Doctor Hub Forum 2026

These terms apply to everyone who registers for, sponsors, exhibits at or attends the HealthCare World Doctor Hub Forum 2026 (the "Forum"), held on 21 December 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus and organised by HealthCare World.

1. Registration

Registration is complete when the registration form is submitted and any applicable payment is received. Registrations are personal and may be transferred to another person only with written notice to the organisers before the Forum.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in euros on the registration form. Early bird fees apply until the early bird closing date shown on the event page. Fees include the items listed for each ticket category.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing through the Contact Us page. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the Forum are eligible for a refund less an administration fee. Later cancellations are not refunded but the registration may be transferred.

4. Programme changes

The organisers may change speakers, sessions, times or the venue where needed. If the Forum is cancelled by the organisers, registered delegates will be offered a refund.

5. Conduct

Delegates are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. The organisers may remove anyone who breaches this rule without refund.

6. Photography and recording

The Forum may be photographed and recorded for promotion and for sharing with delegates. By attending you agree to this use.

7. Liability

The organisers are not liable for loss, injury or damage to people or belongings at the Forum except where the law does not allow this limit.
